It isn't feeling personally responsible and one down for not being able to ...

buy the ocean going yacht,
buy the kids everything they want,
bank and never spend the salary or
live in a world of leisure

or not even having any money left after all they bills have been paid -

It's forward looking
Being Moneywyse (knowing 95% of the world is struggling - even banks...)
Being prepared to change
Acknowledging that there's a big wide world out there...
Choosing a lifestyle that cool and sustaining...

And in the meantime - while we aspire.. here's
