or not even having any money left after all they bills have been paid -

It's forward looking
Being Moneywyse (knowing 95% of the world is struggling - even banks...)
Being prepared to change
Acknowledging that there's a big wide world out there...
Choosing a lifestyle that cool and sustaining...
